We perform psychiatric evaluations to diagnosis, prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. We specialize in treatment and management of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Women's Mental Health Problems. Our care model integrates comprehensive assessment, personalized medication management when indicated, and lifestyle and mind–body strategies to treat the whole person, not just symptoms. We offer virtual and in-person appointments, as well as weekdays and weekend appointments.
Women’s Mental Health & Hormonal Mood Care Package – $750
Specialized psychiatric care for women experiencing mood, sleep, anxiety, or cognitive changes related to hormonal transitions, including perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, or cycle-related concerns.
This program provides a comprehensive, personalized approach to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and mind — and to feel more like yourself again.
Includes:
One 75–90 minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
Hormonal mood assessment with standardized rating scales
Personalized psychiatric treatment plan
Two 45-minute follow-up visits
Brief secure messaging for care-related questions
Care coordination with your OB-GYN or PCP as clinically indicated
Package Fee: $750 (self-pay)
Payment is due at enrollment to reserve your intake appointment.Additional visits outside the package are billed separately.

Executive Cognitive Performance & ADHD Care Package – $750
Focused psychiatric care for high-functioning adults seeking to optimize focus, organization, and mental performance.
This program is designed for professionals, executives, and graduate students who want a comprehensive ADHD evaluation and expert guidance to support peak cognitive performance at work and in life.
Includes:
One 75–90 minute comprehensive psychiatric & ADHD evaluation
Executive function and attention screening tools
Medication optimization when clinically appropriate
Two 45-minute follow-up visits
Goal tracking with practical cognitive and organizational strategies
Brief secure messaging support between visits for care-related questions
